Seam Position Tab

On the Seam Position tab, with the checkbox selected, half of the panel width parallel to ship direction = Seam Position.

With the checkbox unselected the user can enter any seam position information into Position value (Transverse Bulkhead: Y-direction Values, Longitudinal Bulkhead: X-direction Values) the values must be a list which is comma separated.
