Pipe Piece

A pipe-piece is the lowest level of fabricated item in the pipe. It relates to a continuous piece of pipe tube that can be fabricated from stock material.
The pipe piece holds references to the components at the start and end of the piece. The system derives pipe-pieces: users cannot create or delete them.
