Select the curve type to be acted upon, from the tree list. This list can be expanded and collapsed by either clicking the Left Mouse button on the (to expand) or (to collapse) or double clicking on the curve type name (this will automatically select all curves belonging to that curve type). When a curve type list entry is expanded, a branch list will appear showing all curves belonging to that curve type. For instance, expanding the Section list entry will display the positions of all sections currently defined in Lines.

Select the particular curves to be acted upon by using the cursor to select a curve or a block of curves.

To select a continuous block of curves

  1. Click on the first curve.

  2. Click the shift key and then click on the last curve.

  3. Optional: To select several curves from different parts of the list use the ctrl key and click on the curves.

When the Show Fairness check box is selected a number is displayed against each curve giving an indication of fairness. Higher numbers indicate the greater unfairness in the curve. This feature only works for orthogonal curves (sections, waterlines and buttocks).

Select a range

  1. Enter the required values in the From, To and Incr edit boxes.

  2. Select the Range button.

The Toggle button inverts the selection of all curves.

Clicking the Id button and then selecting a curve from the screen will select that specific curve in the list.

When all the required curves have been selected the user can use the Modify, Delete, On, Off or Display buttons as appropriate.

    Note:
Modify can only be applied to one selected curve.
