Lock U-axis

Purpose:

To restrict the transformation of a part so that no translation will occur in a horizontal direction.

Prerequisites:

A nest must be open. A part must be selected to be transformed.

Instruction:

Immediately select another transformation from the Transform toolbar.

Note: that this function is only active for one transformation. This function will not affect dynamic moves or rotations.

Options:

Not available.

Result:

The part will be transformed as indicated, except that no horizontal translation will occur.
