The AVEVA Marine suite uses common files for modelling the hull geometry and it is useful to describe the inter-relation of the component software systems. The suite comprises three basic elements; a geometric modelling facility, a set of hydrostatics performance calculation routines and a set of hydrodynamic analysis programs.
