The Panel Scheme Editor is opened, if not already done. Then the operator is prompted to give a scheme file name via a browse dialog. By default the files are fetched from the SB_SHIPSCH directory. Then the Editor is used to alter and run the statements.

Note that the scheme file lines must not be longer than 72 characters.
