Identifying Displayed Items and Points

A displayed element from the visible model can be accessed directly by moving the cursor over it and clicking the left-hand mouse button. The following sections describe the different ways of selecting database elements from the display by using the cursor. These commands let you use the visible design in order to move to elements in the Design hierarchy and points in 3D space.

In each case, an appropriate prompt is displayed.
