Text Encoding

The format used to encode text to be exported can be set using the EXPORT ENCODING syntax. Text may be exported using Unicodeä UTF-8 character encoding in order to support foreign language character sets.

EXPORT ENCODING EUC- set EUC encoding

EXPORT ENCODING UTFEight- set UTF-8 encoding

Q EXPORT ENCODING - gives the currently selected format
