Transfer from PDMS to Rohr2

If a hanger has been calculated in Rohr2, then the UDA :USTSCHTYP contains this calculated value. If that hanger point is transferred to Rohr2 again this value will be used.
If this UDA is empty or contains an invalid value the UDA :USTHTYP (default value for Witzenmann) is transferred to Rohr2 if it is valid.
If both UDAs contain invalid values the default standard hanger type is transferred.
