The FILLETRADIUS command can be used to draw a fillet arc between any two linear elements. (A linear element includes a STRA element, or any other element on the drawing that is composed of straight lines (for example, 3D design elements, the side of a RECT, etc). Provided that the current element is an ARC, the syntax to create a fillet arc would be, for example:
