The intention of the Structural Design is to support automatic or semi-automatic modelling of the main structures (the Functional Panels) of a design, independently of the design scenario. To support this, two major sets of tools are available:

  • The definition of Functional Structures from the Reference Surface Objects (RSO) allowing for automatically generated Functional Panels.

  • The usage of the AVEVA Marine Vitesse technology for the definition of Quick Panels.
