Characteristics:

The radius (R1) must be defined in the definition file.

The arc of the flange starts perpendicular to 'toe'.

The arc ends at the intersection point with the base line.
Normally the contour has a knuckle here.
The radius as given will be recalculated before being used (R=R1/(sqrt(2)*sin(V))). This means that R=R1 only when V=45.
