MDS Admin Data Form

The MDS Admin Data form is the main control form for the MDS application. It allows the administrator to control some of the design limits within which supports can be created. The form also allows the administrator to set the criteria that MDS uses to locate support zones
The default values/settings shown on the forms are those that exist when the MDS application is first installed.
Note that some of the defaults on the Options(1) tab can be modified by the designer using the MDS Application Defaults form (refer to the MDS User Guide).
The MDS Admin Data form modifies values in /MDS/OPTION/DEFAULTS, which are the defaults that are set for the MDS Application Defaults form in MDS design.
Changes made are only applied to the database when the Apply button is pressed. To keep the changes ‘Save Work’ operation needs to be performed.
The Dismiss button removes the form. If changes have been made, but not applied, a window is displayed asking if the changes are to be applied before exiting.
