To Fillet Structural Elements

Filleting enables two non parallel sections or GENSECS to be merged to form a single GENSEC, regardless of specification, justification or beta angle, so long as they are not parallel and are coplanar. However, a STNC and a GENSEC cannot be filleted together. As a GENSEC cannot have fittings, any fittings on sections to be filleted are deleted.
