Create the Radii Curve from the Half Siding

1. Using the HS/Radius page of the Curve Endings dialog, select the appropriate end (Stern or Stem).

2. Select the Radius and From Half Siding Radio buttons and click Create.

   This will generate a stem or stern radii curve and a stem or stern tangent curve based on the half siding and fitted waterlines. The curves can be faired if necessary.

When generating the radii curves based on the halfsiding and fitted waterlines, the eccentricity curve is also used (see Creating the Eccentricity Curve for a description of the eccentricity curve). If the eccentricity curve does not exist, the default eccentricity curve is generated. This will provide circular waterline endings when the end surface is created and used.
