Patch

An existing patch may be used as the basis of a container. This can be done by selecting the patch from the Tree Control and dropping it on to this button, or by clicking the button and selecting the required patch from the active view.

If a patch PAT is selected, then a container CONT_PAT is created and the dimensions of the container are taken from the dimensions of the patch. All other information is set to zero and must be updated by you.

The Undo facility is initialized following this operation. Subsequent changes to the grid values can, of course, be undone until the next Reset, Patch or Apply button is clicked.
