The Move a Project Special Joint/SCTN icon 
allows you to extend certain SCTN ends depending upon the MDS template special configuration.

Click on the icon.
The Identify Section/Joint to Move prompt is displayed.

Select a section.
The Identify Element to Move prompt is displayed.

Select the item to move.
The section end extends to the element selected.
Note: You are not allowed to select SCTNs that are part of the current special support.
