Scope

Purpose:

To define the modal scope that all ‘Part Name’ functions will operate on.

Prerequisites:

A Hull Planar Modelling session must be active.

Instruction:

1. Select Part Name from the Object menu.

2. Select Set Scope from list of Part Name sub-functions.

3. Enter the required panel, block or assembly, or select All if all parts are to be considered.

   Wildcards may be used to provide a listing of panels, blocks or assemblies to simplify selection.

4. List can be selected to display all items in the current scope.

Result:

A group of panels, blocks or assemblies will be activated in the current scope to allow further Part Name functions to be performed.
