Stair Landing (STRLNG)

STRLNG is owned by the STRTWR and acts as a transition between the multiple Stair Flights also owned by the STRTWR, the boundary of the Stair Landing element is defined by the application using the appropriate template within the APPLDW and the upping coordinate is typically coincident with the Lower and Upper Work Points of the Stair Flight elements which are defined by the user. The physical representation of the Stair Landing element is defined using the existing GENSEC and PANEL element.
