Copy Ceiling Profile

On the Main Ceiling Grid Tasks window (refer to Create Ceiling Grid), if the Current Ceiling Grid owns any Lattice Profile elements then the Copy Profile option will become active.

1. Selecting Copy > Copy Profile displays the Copy Lattice Profile window.

   

   The Copy Lattice Profile window allows the user to create a copy of a selected profile and give it a positional offset.

2. Selecting CE next to the Current Profile text box will, if the Current Element is a GENSEC, load the DBREF of the Current Element into the text box.

   It is then possible to give the new profile a name and an offset in the East and North directions.

   Current Ceiling	Shows the current Ceiling Grid. Use the drop-down list to choose a different Grid.
   Current Profile	Select to populate with DBREF of the current element.
   Profile Name	Enter an appropriate name.
   X Offset	Enter a value for the offset.
   Y Offset	Enter a value for the offset.
   Copy Profile	Creates a copy of the selected profile, with the defined name and positional offset.
   Back to main grid tasks	Displays the Main Ceiling Grid Tasks window.
   Return to main tasks	Displays the Main Detailing Tasks window.
