Removing Holes that are too close to Profile Edge

Holes that are too close to profile bottom edge to manufacture automatically can be skipped on profile sketches, generic files and manufacturing lists. Setting SKIPHOLE_DIST keyword in profile restriction file SBH_PROF_RESTRICT to value greater than 0 turns this feature on. SKIPHOLE_DIST should be interpreted like on the figure below. All holes that are closer then d to profile edge are skipped.
