This tab sheet of the Container Loading dialog allows you to identify the bays to be filled with containers, and thus constitute a container loading subset.
You are presented with a list of Container Loading Sets on the left hand side of the dialog. Underneath this you have the opportunity to Add, Delete and Edit these Container Loading sets.
On the right hand side of the dialog you can select the Container Bays that are to be included in the current Bay Set (Note: these Container Bays must be previously defined by you, from the Container Bay Definition tab sheet on this dialog). Upon selecting a bay, Calc performs a check to see if this bay clashes (overlaps) with any unselected bays. For any bay failing this check, the check box of the unselected bay, will appear red and cannot be selected. This prevents you from selecting bays that could occupy the same physical space.
Editing Container Sets
This dialog enables you to load individual containers (through the resulting spreadsheet) in the container subset that was selected to be edited.
At the top of the dialog the current Container Set is displayed on the left. The Current Bay drop-down list is then used to pick the bay to load. Simply enter the combined weight (units: tonnes or tons) of the container and load, into the cell which represents the container slot.
Note:
Initially for a container subset, all containers default to their empty weight as
defined for the particular container type.
The Full and Empty buttons will set the selected (highlighted) cells to the full and empty values defined for the particular container type.
