Suppressing View Clipping

By default the Design graphics are clipped by the View frame. However it is possible to prevent this happening by setting the View's NOCLIP attribute to TRUE. (The default value is FALSE). After changing the NOCLIP attribute an UPDATE DESIGN will be required.
