Windowing into an Area, Zooming

All view handling operations such as window, can be handled from the toolbar menu in the relevant graphics display window.
Window into an area defined by the cursor

Select the magnifying glass icon
from the tool bar.

Position the cursor at one corner of the required window box, generally the top or bottom left and click the Left Mouse button.

Move the cursor to the diagonally opposite corner of the required window box and click the Left Mouse button.
While the cursor is being moved a continuously adjusting box will be drawn on the screen, indicating the window area.
Zoom out to double the current window area

Select the negative magnifying glass icon
.

Position the cursor at the position that is to be the center of the new window and click the Left Mouse button.
Zoom in

Use the positive magnifying glass
and select the window center as above.
Reset to the full size of a view

Select the cancelled magnifying glass icon
.
Return to the previous window area

Select the Previous Window button
, or select the Next Window
button to traverse to the next window area
