Extract Claims in Hull Applications

Description

Hull object locking (claiming) and releasing in extracts has been improved. When working in extracts, it is no longer a requirement to make explicit extract claims of hull objects before making modifications to them. I.e. when modifying a hull object, for example, a planar panel, in an extract, the application will implicitly try to claim the object to the extract.

Benefits

Hull user does not need to make explicit extract claims.
