Rectangular Components - Two Bend Setfill

The task of creating an HVAC Component is initiated from the HVAC Window.

1. From the HVAC Window select Rectangular in the Categories dropdown list and then Two Bend Setfill in the Available Type dropdown list to display the Two Bend Setfill window:

   

   You are required to input the following dimensions:

   • Duct width AA

   • Duct depth AB

   • Inside Radius

   • 1st Arrive Extension

   • 1st Leave Extension

   • 2nd Arrive Extension

   • 2nd Leave Extension

2. To visualize how the dimensions equate to actual piece of HVAC select Picture to display a detailed drawing for Rectangular Components Catalog Element - Two Bend Setfill.

   Note: The fields will be pre-populated with default dimensions. These dimensions are governed by the details defined in the HVAC Catalog. The Arrive and Leave Extension for the 1st and 2nd Bends default is auto but can be changed to a required dimension.

3. Select Transpose width/depth to exchange Duct width AA dimension with Duct depth AB dimension.

4. Specify a type of joint to use for the Arrjoint (Arrive Joint) and Leajoint (Leave Joint) for both the 1st and 2nd Bends. For a detailed description, see Create / Modify HVAC Components.

5. Select Defaults to reset all the fields back to when the Two Bend Setfill window.

6. Select OK to create the Two Bend Setfill component and close the Two Bend Setfill Window. You will be returned to the HVAC Window.

7. Select Cancel to discard all field changes and close the Two Bend Setfill window.
