Copy Attributes

Purpose

To copy all or selected attributes from one space to another.

Prerequisites

None.

Instructions

1. Pick space to copy attributes from.

2. A grid dialog is presented with attribute names, values and descriptions. Attributes to be copied can be selected one by one or all using the button Select All.

3. When selection is made the OK button can be used.

4. The user will then be prompted to pick spaces to which the attributes shall be copied.

Options

Using the Option button will display obsolete spaces and give the possibility to copy attribute data from these spaces.

Result

Attributes are copied between spaces.
