The Remove button is used to delete a series of data points, selected via the cursor, the Right Mouse button cancels the operation.

Move a point to a position specified by the cursor

  1. Select the Cursor Radio button, and then select the Move button.

Change the position of a point by a specified increment

  1. Select Relative.

  2. Set the required increments in the appropriate U and V edit boxes and select Move.

    Move a point to new co-ordinates

    1. Select Absolute, then enter the required co-ordinates in the U and V edit boxes.

    2. Select Move.

      The All check box is used to move all the points onto the curve after adjusting vertices,

      Insert a point after a selected point

      1. Select the After Radio button, then select either Cursor to digitise the inserted point or for exact coordinates Coord and enter the coordinates.

      2. Select the Insert button.

        The system recognizes whether the curve requires U, V or X, Y, Z coordinate input and displays the appropriate boxes.

      3. Select the Before Radio button to insert before a selected point.

        Insert at an interpolated position

        • Select U or V, specify the interpolation value in the edit box and then select the Interp Insert button.

        To fit a straight line in a current curve between two points

        • Select the Line button and select the start and end point.
