Tabular Regular Response Output

  • Last UpdatedDec 18, 2025
  • 1 minute read

When a set of short term calculations has been run, the regular motion results can be tabulated. The results are provided at a default of 30 degree heading intervals, but this may be changed by you, and for a range of wave frequencies or wavelength to LPP ratio (with corresponding encounter frequencies):

  • Added Mass coefficients

  • Damping Coefficients

  • Vertical RAO’s amplitude and phase (Surge, Heave and Pitch)

  • Lateral RAO’s amplitude and phase (Sway, Roll and Yaw)

  • Vertical Forces amplitude and phase

  • Lateral Forces amplitude and phase

  • Added Resistance (if calculations have been performed)

  • Dynamic Loads (if calculations have been performed)

In image a typical short term regular results output is shown.
