Create Hull Manufacturing Data Structures with DbPrompt

In the Tools menu, the function Create MANPKG structure can be used to create the commands necessary to create the manufacturing package structure which is necessary when the hull production data is saved in the MANU data bases. The function reads the template manuPkgTemplate.mac in the <project>mac folder and creates the manufacturing structure commands for each design block, nestings, PLCM nestings and profile nestings.

The resulting file dbpromptManuPkg.mac must be edited with the proper data base names before it can be used.
