Status Control Group

Status Definition list

Used to select the one of the Status Definitions (that means, lifecycles) applied to the elements in the current list. See Select Elements According to Status for further information.

Status Values list

Used to select the one of the Status in the selected lifecycle. See Select Elements According to Status for further information.

Status graphical viewer

Used to display a graphical representation of the selected lifecycle. See Display Graphical View of Lifecycle for further information.

Select status values in the grid

Used to select all records in the current list at a specified status. See Display Graphical View of Lifecycle for further information.

Status Action Group

Promote

Used to set elements to the next status in a lifecycle. See Change Status of Elements for further information.

Demote

Used to set elements to the next status in a lifecycle. See Change Status of Elements for further information.

Edit

Used to set elements to another status in a lifecycle. See Change Status of Elements for further information.

History

Used to view a log of status changes made to elements in a list. See View Log of Status Changes for further information.

Statistics

Used to view a graphical representation of the proportion of elements at each status in a list. See View Graphical Report for further information.

Remove

Used to take elements off a lifecycle. See Change Status of Elements for further information.

Changes Group

Highlight

Used to highlight changes to data in a list between selected sessions.

The arrow button under this option accesses a sub-menu with the following options:

Last Session

Used to highlight changes to data in a list since the last session.

Choose Session

Used to highlight changes to data in a list between selected sessions.

History

Used to view the history of a cell or row. See View History of Changes for further information.

Column History

Extracts Group

Claim

Used to claim elements to extract claims. See Claim Elements to Extract Claims for further information.

Claim

Release

Used to release elements from extract claims. See Claim Elements to Extract Claims for further information.

Refresh

Used to refresh extracts from their parent extracts/databases. See Refresh Extracts for further information.

From Parent Ancestors

Used to refresh extracts from their parent extracts/databases. See Refresh Extracts for further information.

From All Ancestors

Used to refresh extracted elements with current data from all their ancestors from the parent extract up to the top of the database hierarchy. See Refresh Extracts for further information.

State

Used to view the extract state of elements in a list, and to flush, issue and drop extracted elements. See View Extract Claim State of Elements for further information.

Flush

Used to update parent extracts/databases with changes made to extracted elements. See Flush Extracts for further information.

Issue

Used to issue changes made to extracted elements to their parent extract/database and to release those elements. See Issue Extracts for further information.

Drop

Used to undo all changes made to extracted element and to release those extracts. See Drop Extracts for further information.

AVEVA Integration Group

Publish to AIM

Used to export data to AVEVA Asset Information Management. See Export to AIM for further information.

Compare / Update / Link

Used to compare the attribute values of Tags data against data held in AVEVA Instrumentation, AVEVA Electrical and Design databases, and to update the Tags data with values from these databases. See Compare / Update / Link Attributes.

Import / Export Group

Excel Import

Used to import data from an Excel spreadsheet. See Import from and Export to Excel for further information.

Excel Export

Used to export data from the current list to an Excel spreadsheet. See Import from and Export to Excel for further information.

Current List
