Construction Line Radial Coordinates

This file consists of as many pairs of radial coordinates as are necessary to define the curve, one pair of coordinates per line. The first value on each line is the radius coordinate the second the anti-clockwise angle in degrees measured from the positive horizontal axis. The two values should be separated by one or more spaces. No record of the number of pairs is required.
