This function allows the user to blank (or un-blank) the symbolic or textual information on an individual panel or on a complete hull view. The display option box is used to set which information should be displayed or hidden. If a view is selected, previously selected display options on individual models are overruled. If a single model is selected, the values previously set on a belonging view are overridden.
The recreation of views will consider the current status of the existing view. Information blanked before the recreation will be blanked also afterwards. The hull defaults values control the initial status of the blank/un-blank information when a view is created.
