Automatic Generation of Manufacturing Lists for Profile

Manufacturing lists for profiles can be generated automatically when executing the Profile Cutting Interface or Profile Interface. The lists, one with fixed format and one comma-separated suitable for report generators, are ordered by setting the keyword MANSTIFF and/or MANSTIFF_CSV in the restriction file for profiles to YES.
