Open Report Window

Open a standard window to receive a report

1. You can either:

   • Select the menu item WINDOW \ NEW WINDOW.

   • Click the icon in the Standard Toolbar.

   Output from various operations such as the Loftbook and compartment reporting (AVEVA Initial Design Compartment only) are displayed in a report window.

   Note: The report window contains only a single report at any time; the previous report being replaced by the one generated by the last function accessed. Thus in order to view a number of different reports at a time, open a new window for each and ensure it is active before performing the operation that generates a report.
