Curve colour indicate the type of a particular curve (for example, green for section curves), so are generally best left unchanged. Also, changes in curve colours will not be reflected elsewhere in Lines.

If it is necessary to change the colours of curves, double-click on the relevant cell of the Colour column for a curve in the Curves grid in the Data Bar. A custom colour can then be chosen from a dialog as described in General Colors. Alternatively, click the Right Mouse button on the colour cell and select an item from the popup menu:

  • GET "LINES" COLOUR FOR THIS CURVE - return to the Lines default colour for this curve only.

  • GET "LINES" COLOUR FOR ALL CURVES - return to the Lines default colour for all curves.

  • CUSTOM COLOUR... - launches the Colour Selection dialog in the same way as a double-click.

The colours in the Curves grid are for the fitted form of a curve. A slightly paler colour is used for that are not fitted to data points.
