Irregular Motion Graphs

Graphs of the irregular motions can be plotted against heading for a number of ship speeds. The irregular motions available for plotting are heave, surge, sway, pitch, roll and yaw, and total motions at particular locations specified in the input to the short term calculations.

The following diagram shows a typical irregular motions graph, plotting heave response vs. heading at speeds of 10.0 and 15.0 knots.
