Tier and Row Names

Default names are given to the rows and tiers when the bay is generated.
Tier names are "2", "4", "6", "8", "10",
For a bay with an odd number of rows, then the central row is given the name "0".
Rows to starboard are then named "1", "3", "5", "7", etc, from the centre outwards, and rows to port are named "2", "4", "6", "8",
This is consistent with Hydrostatics.
These names can be changed at any time using either the command syntax or the Container Positions page of the Bay Definition editor.
BAY "newbay" RENAME TIER "2" "two"
BAY "newbay" RENAME ROW "0" "centre"
Alternatively, the names can be changed via the Row title column and Tier title row of the Bay Positions page grid. The Apply button is clicked to perform the changes.
Note:
If any changes are made on the bay definition editor sheet, the actual model changes
must be made by clicking the Apply button before any BAY syntax commands are made, otherwise the changes will be lost.
