Export

1. To export data select items and add to the export list. When the list is complete, click Export.

2. Item selection can be done in various ways, for example, the following;

   • Indicate item in Draft explorer or Design explorer

   • Use Search Utility and then select items in Search Result list

   • Indicate items in the 3D view

   • Use option or context menu item Get referred items (in export window)

3. Selected items can be added to the export list by;

   • Drag and Drop to the export list

   • Using the context menu item Add to Design Reuse export list (from explorers)

   • Using the option or context menu item Add external selection (in export window)

   

Execute the Export

4. When the user selects the Export button, the window below is displayed.

   

   The tree view shows current folder of transfer sets. The view to the right shows the content of that folder. The columns can be sorted by clicking the column headers. The transfer set name is predefined by the pretext and a running number for making the name unique. The user may change the name.

   The same window is displayed when opening a transfer set to be imported. The only difference is that the wanted transfer set have to be selected in the list. By default, the last transfer set in the list is selected.

5. Browse can be used to change folder if the transfer sets are located on network disks.

6. Click OK, the export starts.

   

Export Options

The progress bar and the list items are updated during the export to show the progress and result messages.
