Support for Unicode Text

Drawing export to recent releases of AutoCAD and MicroStation should now cope with all supported languages for which the computer is set up. Full support is not possible for AutoCAD releases before 2007 or for MicroStation DGN v7 format. As noted elsewhere (see section Filenames and PML), it is recommended that Latin filenames are used.
