Loading the Form

Start the PARAGON application, then select Modify then MDS Active Control from the main menu to display the MDS Active Control form.

If any other forms that have similar functionality are open such as:

• MDS Ancillary Defaults Form.

• MDS Hanger Data Form.

• MDS Structure Defaults Form.

• MDS Trunnion Defaults Form.

The user will be asked if that form can be closed:

• Yes: Will close the form and open the MDS Active Control form.

• No/Cancel: Will leave the form open and will not open the MDS Active Control form.

If the user selects Yes and changes on that form have been made but not applied the user my also me asked to apply changes:

• Yes: Will apply changes before closing the form and opening the MDS Active Control form.

• No: Will not apply changes before closing the form and opening the MDS Active Control form.

• Cancel: Will leave the form open and will not open the MDS Active Control form.

The MDS Active Control form:

Clicking Full on the MDS Active Control form allows the user to make all supports active, clicking Brief allows the user to make only a small subset of supports for demonstration purposes active.
