Attributes

Purpose

To add some basic attributes to a space using purpose definition set-up described in Space Purpose.

Prerequisites

None.

Instructions

1. Pick a space in the drawing. Spaces need to belong to arrangements of types Layout, Compartment or Zones.

2. A dialog as shown below is presented and attribute values can be selected from drop-down lists or keyed in.

   Non-relevant attributes, depending on type of arrangement, for a selected space are greyed out.

   

Options

None.

Result

The information in the dialog is stored in attributes on the space. The description text is added to the annotation on symbolic views.
