Create Clines

We should examine the design as a whole and identify areas on the surface where the orthogonal curves have similar shape and form. Buttock view is normally used and curve type Clines should be constructed through these areas. Create Clines describes the method used to create Clines. The cline points should be digitised on the screen, allowing the end points to extend past any limits defined by Stem/Stern profiles,

Calculate any exact intersections between curves (FOS, FOB with sections, waterlines)

1. Open the analyze Curve dialog.

2. Select the analyze curve icon .

3. Select the curves that are to be intersected from the lists in the Curve Intersection page and then click the Intersect button.

   This will output the intersection coordinate of the two curves.
