Open Lists

To open a list, select the category that the list belongs to from the list of categories in the Lists and Schedules group of the Home tab.

Then select the required list from the list of lists.

Click Open. The selected list is then displayed.

The total number of records in a list is displayed in the status bar.
Note:
By default, the title tab of each list includes the list name, category type and category
name and the list name. If required, the category names and types can be hidden. See
Windows.

By default, each list is displayed on a separate tab. If required, each can instead
by displayed in separate window. See Windows.
