Detect All Welds

Indicate the node in the assembly tree for which the recursive weld calculation shall be made. Select the function Detect All Welds (Top-Down) on the right mouse-button menu. The weld calculation is started immediately by retrieving all sub-assemblies below the selected assembly.The calculation is then preformed as in Detect Welds, first for all sub-assemblies and then the selected assembly.

The same result will be obtained when the calculation is made for each assembly, but using the recursive function will save the user a lot of time since each sub-assembly is located automatically.

Weld suspension is calculated either by defined weld suspension rules or by factors. The weld suspension is shown in the 3D view.
