Main Type 9

This is a completely open cutout with one arc on the top, cf. the figure below.

Clearances as for the previous cutout types. However, C4<0 means the distance from the upper edge of the flange to the center of the top arc.

Normally no radii should be defined (even if R1 and R9 may be).
