Design application sends CanDeleteRequest

When the delete operation is initiated in AVEVA E3D Design (right-click the element and select Delete), the system marks the element for delete by appending the element name with "_ForDelete" and a CanDeleteRequest notification is sent to AVEVA ERM for approval.

AVEVA E3D Design sends the CanDeleteRequest only under the following circumstances:

• If the element is already published

• If the element is not used in design
