The s10001 Projects screen is used for setting up and maintaining a project and its related information.

The following table describes the columns in the screen.

Column

Description

Project ID

This is the project Id used across AVEVA products. The AVEVA Marine project that needs to be integrated with AVEVA ERM must be registered in this screen before using AVEVA ERM-Design Integration.

System part of Project Component Id

  • Check box indicating if system breakdown number must be part of the project component identification.

  • If selected, the system Id is used as part of the project component identification and thus becomes mandatory when defining a new project component in the s20010 Project Components screen.

  • If cleared, the project component identification must be entered by the user.

  • The check box must be cleared for importing project components from AVEVA Marine. The user is then expected to add the system manually in the project component catalogue from AVEVA ERM.

Hull Drawing

  • The identifier of the overall hull installation drawing for the current project.

  • This drawing holds all the top node fabricates as a part list in the s21000 Part Lists screen for the hull structure, i.e. the assembly level. This will ensure that hull fabricate structure can be planned and initiated for e.g. material status calculation and for Planning and Production.

  • Is a list of values. The list can be opened only when a project is available in the "Project" field.

  • Valid values are all drawings which comply with all of the following rules:

    • The drawing must be related to the project stated in field "Project".

    • The status of the drawing must be set to "Fully Validated" in the s20012 Drawing Catalogue screen.

    • The drawing must have a part list related to it, i.e. the Applicable to Part List and Part List Exists check boxes in the s20012 Drawing Catalogue screen must be selected.

Integration Design Project Id

  • The three-letter code of the project in the design application. This value is expected in the integration data transferred from the design application. Integration Design Project Id value can be added to the records defined in the s14001 Integration Service screen, where the service infrastructure Id and the integration design project Id uniquely define a service infrastructure record.

  • No default value.

  • Updatable.

  • Unique. The same integration design project Id cannot be added to more than one project.

  • If the integration design project Id is used in a record definition for integration service on the s14001 Integration Service screen, it cannot be deleted.
