Keywords:

CLEARANCE ONTOP UNDER

Description:

This command places the current Component on the constrained centerline at a specified vertical clearance above or below a fixed object. If the Arrive or Leave point of the referenced object is used, then the Tube cross-section emerging at this point is considered rather than the full item geometry.

Examples:

CLEARANCE ONTO /BEAM

The current Component will be placed on the constrained centerline at zero clearance above the specified object (see ).

CLEARANCE 50 UNDER /BEAM

The current Component will be placed on the constrained centerline at 50 vertical clearance below the specified object (see ).

CLEAR 50 ONTO IDP @

The current Component will be placed on the constrained centerline at a clearance of 50 vertically above the picked p-point. If this p-point is an Arrive or Leave, then the Tube cross-section will be taken into account (see ).
