Determination of Version Number

At each entry to D3INIT, whether successful or unsuccessful, the DARs program will output the DARs version details to the terminal. For example:

PDMS DARs C Interface Mk12.0.0.0 (WINDOWS-NT 5.2) (7 Sep 2007 : 23:36)

The only exception is that the banner is not output in the event of a sitefile or security error (as is the case with PDMS).

The date in this banner is the creation date of the DARs library.
